The accessibility of the website has been assessed by the system supplier and the Emergency Services Academy without an external audit.

The text alternatives of the videos on the page are partially incomplete
Previously created videos on the page are missing captions and the video content is not described in connection with the video.

The focus indicator of the keyboard is not visible enough
The style of the keyboard focus indicator is the default browser style. In many places, the focus indicator is not sufficient to indicate the location of the indicator.

There are shortcomings in keyboard interface
The front page image carousel cannot be skipped directly with a keyboard shortcut. The image slider of the image carousel does not indicate the focus, but can be scrolled with the arrow keys. In addition to this, the video contents may trap users who are using the keyboard to navigate.

There are shortcomings in the accessibility of PDF files.
Material produced by third parties
The Emergency Services Academy is not responsible for the accessibility of content produced by third parties. Such content can be found in e.g. planning and monitoring documents.

In places, the site uses terminology that might not be understandable to all users.

System produced by third parties
The Emergency Services Academy is not responsible for the accessibility of systems produced by third parties. Such systems include e.g. electronic search engine.
