Student Affairs Office
The office is located in building A on the first floor.
Enrolment
Please enrol in at the Course Office before the course starts. At the same time with the enrolment you will get a key card to the Course Hotel and an electronic key to get to the premises.
Passage Control
As a guest at the College Course Hotel you will get a keycard to your room. If the keycard gets lost you may get a new one from the Student Affairs Office during office hours from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. If it is past office hours between 4-9.45 pm (Mon-Thu) the student officer on duty will open the door for you (only during the semesters), tel. 050 525 8180. After 9.45 pm to 8.00 am the facility services Lujapalvelut Oy will let you in but you will be charged 30 € for the service. The telephone number to the facility services Lujapalvelut Oy is 020 789 5876. The telephone numbers can be seen at all the entrances of the Course Hotel.
Check-in and Check-out
You will have access to your room with the keycard. You may enter the Course Hotel from the main entrance which is located on the side of Hulkontie (the street running along the college) or from the K1 garage using the elevator. The rooms are available for new residents from 12 noon or at 2 pm at the latest.
You are asked to leave your room on the day of your scheduled departure by 10.00 am. Please return the key to the Student Affairs Office or the Information.
If you have your vehicle parked in the K1 garage, you may return the keycard (at 6 pm at the latest) by putting it in a keycase beside the garage door when you leave.
Parking
You may park your vehicle in the K 1 garage. To get in to the garage use your keycard for your hotel room. We have reserved 20 parking spaces (numbers 2001-2020) in the garage K1 for our hotel guests. Please avoid parking anywhere else as the other parking spaces are reserved.
To be able to park in the K1 garage the height of your vehicle should not exceed 2.3 metres. If all the parking spaces reserved for hotel guests are taken, please park your vehicle on the parking place on the yard.
Sauna
Women: 2nd floor
Men: 1st floor
Sauna hours: Mon-Thu 5.00–10.00 pm
Please bring a towel from your room when you go to the sauna.
Laundry
The laundry room is located on the same floor as the garage K1. It is equipped with a washing machine, drying drum and iron and ironing board.
